The intimus® 005S deploys the patented DATAgrind™ technology manufactured by CD Rom Inc. (listed as the DX-CD2), which grinds the data layer on any optical media down to 250 microns - beyond the point of forensic recovery in less than one minute. All that remains is a fi ne dust that is collected by the built-in vacuum system. Intimus® 005S is fl exible to use and easy to operate. CDs can be processed in only one step. After grinding, the remains of the discs are recyclable as Polycarbonate. Lightweight and simple to operate. Handles up to 200 CDs per hour. Comes with three spare bags and a spare grinder wheel and DVD cutter.
